The first responses to my 2001 book were pretty enthusiastic. Too bad its publisher promptly went belly-up!
It re-emerged weakly after a new published bought the rights to the imprint it was printed under, but the marketing was half-hearted and now it's out-of print. But look who's still hanging around this web site. |
