This story appeared in the fifth issue of Gay Comix (Kitchen Sink Comix, 1984) — the first issue after I handed over the editorship to Robert Triptow and the last issue before Kitchen Sink handed over the series to Bob Ross Productions.

It explores how much simpler it is to have a showcase gay relationship when you can avoid the complications that arise from having an actual human being as your partner.
