| One reason why this strip will always have a special place in my heart is that it was my first chance to fulfill a childhood dream of publishing a full-color, Sunday-funnies-style comic strip in a real newspaper.
Unfortunately, in the Dancin' Nekkid reprint we had to go with b&w. |

| It parodied a media spectacle that's familiar to us all, wherein a previously esteemed public figure is brought low by scandal while the public watches with a mob's brew of outrage and glee. "Santa's Final Days" was drawn for the Christmas 1983 issue of the Village Voice. | |||||
